Nexus One vs Dell Mini 3

Nexus one and dell mini 3 are the two hot smartphones of the year 2010.Dell mini is still due to be released while Nexus One had hit the market on the sart of this year.there are many talks about the comparison of both the smartphones because of their similarities and the use of Google Android OS. Let see who win this contest.
Features and Specifications:
Well the most common feature on both the smartphones is the Google Android OS.Nexus One is housed with Google Android’s latest version 2.1 (Eclair) while Dell Mini 3 is installed with Google Android 1.5 (Cupcake).Therefore Nexus One beats Dell Mini 3 in this department.
The other comparison will be of their camera.Nexus One contains the 5megapixel autofocus camera with Optical zoom and LED flash where Dell Mini 3 has a 3 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash.Once again Nexus One wins the race.
Another comparison of these two smartphones is their design, shape and their touchscreen system.Nexus One has unique design with 3.7 large amoled multi-touchscreen display while Dell Mini 3 has a simple 3.5inch TFT capactive touchscreen.But one of the most interesting things of Dell Mini 3 is its “5inch tablet concept” design.So here Dell Mini 3 has an upperhand against Nexus One.
The talk time of Nexus One is 12 hours and can spend 290 hours in standby while Dell Mini is has a little low talk time of 10 to 11 hours and can spend 250 to 260 hours in standby.Nexus one wins again.
Nexus One also contains additional applications like 3-axis accelerometer,Digital Cmpass and track ball while Dell Mini 3 contains accelerometer and twitter.
Other features are mostly same in both the smartphones like WI-FI,Bluetooth 2.1,extended media options.
Conclusion:
Considering the unique system and design of Nexus One and Dell Mini 3 both the phones are different and authenic by their own features but when we talk about its comparison i give “Nexus One” 9 out 0f 10 because of its extra features and high specification as compare to Dell Mini 3.But Dell Mini 3 is also a good smartphone to have because it posseses many same features as Nexus One and it is extremely affordable as compare to its nemesis.So here i “Give Dell Mini 3″ 7.5 out of 10.
